Midlands Wales and Marches Branch are holding a larder demonstration at Attingham Park Deer Larder on Sunday 17th November 2019.
The event will commence at 09.30 and finish at approximately 13.00 Master Butcher Dominic Hayes will be demonstrating the butchery of a Fallow Carcase, there will also be a demonstration and discussion on home sausage and burger making.
The fee to attend is £40 with a non-refundable £20 deposit, venison will be available for purchase after the event.
It also provides the opportunity to see a well equipped small larder in use.
