TRADING

All surpluses made from the sale of goods in this catalogue are paid to the British Deer Society (registered charity in England and Wales number 1069663 and in Scotland SCO37817) by its wholly owned subsidiary the British Deer Society (Sales and Services) Ltd (registered company number 2957152).

PURCHASING

The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are currently available for purchase. We will inform you as soon as possible of delivery times and will deliver part offers were appropriate.

When you submit your order you are allowing BDS (Sales and Services) Ltd to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.

DELIVERY

All Deer Management equipment is dispatched from our agent and is delivered by courier on a next day basis. You will recieve email confirmaton of the delivery date and this will allow you to change the day to your convienience. Books, DVDs and gifts/memorabilia are dispatched directly from Head Office. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible by Royal Mail Second class post and normally arrive within five working days, however, please allow ten working days before querying a non-delivery. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay, and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

A standard post and packaging charge of £7.50 is payable on all orders of Deer Management equipment and £4.00 for Books, DVDs Gifts and memorabilia.

Standard post and packaging applies only to UK, BFPO and Channel Island addresses. For delivery overseas postage and packing will be charged at cost.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

The British Deer Society (Sales and Services) Ltd offers a no-quibble returns/cancellation policy. Should you be dissatisfied with any item you buy from us for any reason, let us know within 28 days of delivery, and we will be pleased to offer you a replacement or a full refund on receipt of the original item purchased in new unused condition.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

In the event that any product purchased from our website proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return it to us for a replacement or a full refund within 28 days. This guarantee does not affect your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
