Branch communications

We still only have around 300 e-mail addresses for Branch members, out of a total of 800 or so members in the Branch.  If you wish to be informed of forthcoming Branch activities, please send your e-mail address to the Branch Secretary.  Remember that e-mail is a very cost-effective way of communication, and will save the Branch (and therefore the Society) money which can be put to better uses.

Range Training

It proved difficult to book MoD ranges in 2009.  For 2010 we have secured the use of a range on the Euston Estate near Thetford in Norfolk.  This range is on private land and is not under the control of the MoD, so there is no requirement for a Certificate of Competence.  Full details of how to book for range training days will be communicated to Branch members by e-mail but, briefly, the range training days will be held on the first Saturday of the month, from February to September inclusive.  This will be a very valuable facility for the Branch, so please use it.
