British Deer Society Deer Distribution Survey 2007

The British Deer Society is part of the Tracking Mammals Partnership (TMP) which is sponsored by the Joint Nature Conservation Committee.  The partnership has 25 members and seeks to monitor mammals and their distribution across the UK.  The BDS survey follows the standard protocol and is simply a survey for "presence" on a standard template of 10km grid squares.
